“ February 28, 2020. Update to original 2 star review: Once I created a ticket asking for an update on my order, things began moving and I received the remainder of my order fairly quickly. I have ordered numerous times from Lymphedema Products and typically received the product(s) within a week or so. The most recent item I ordered came from manufacturer which was behind in production. I don't know if there is a way to do so but notifying the customer of manufacturer delays would, I think, be helpful. If I know a package is not coming for 2 - 4 weeks instead of a week or so, my expectations are reduced. I do not get irritated if I have the information that the delivery is going to be delay. I have found customer service for Lymphedema Products to be cooperative and responsive when I asked for assistance. January 4, 2020 I have purchased many items from Lymphedema Products over the last few years without problem. I ordered a couple of items on December 20, 2019. I received one item but not the second. I emailed support and got an automated response. It stated I need to go to another website portal and create a ticket on the issue. I created (I think) the ticket on December 30, 2019. It is not clear what, if anything, I may or may not need to do at this point, but one thing is clear - customer service and NOT the customer should be spending additional time trying to get an order status. I will gladly change this rating to 5 stars as that has been my experience until now, assuming I can get either a timely response or the product I ordered. Also, food for thought -- having customer service available for a couple of hours in the evening a couple of days per week and/or Saturdays would be a plus as it can be difficult to find time to call during the work day. ”
