It said that orders received by noon would ship same day and those after noon, the next day - with no reference to shipment method. As I was not in a particular hurry, I indicated least costly shipping option. I did receive an order confirmation promptly after placing order. However, several days later with no further update regarding order status and inability to track any status on website (neither my order number nor email were recognized) I had to call to see what was happening with my order. After being transferred several times was told that my order hadn't shipped because of the shipping option I had selected. But they would "bump" up the shipping and it did ship the following day. ”
